About Sam

A practical approach to bodywork.

Sam takes a one-on-one approach to Bowen Therapy, creating space to understand what is going on before beginning treatment. Sessions are quiet, unrushed and tailored to the individual.

Meet Sam

How Sam came to Bowen.

Sam came to bodywork through his own body. Years of physical work and long days on his feet led him to Bowen Therapy, and the quiet, unhurried way it is done stayed with him.

He trained in Bowen Therapy through a nationally recognised course, went on to the specialised diploma, and later trained as a breathwork facilitator. The two sit naturally together: both are about slowing down and noticing.

Sessions are one-on-one in a private studio in Coffs Harbour. He keeps them simple: a conversation first, gentle work, and time at the end to talk about what comes next.

“I'm interested in helping people move and feel better in a way that feels natural and sustainable.”
