Questions, answered.
What is Bowen Therapy?
Bowen Therapy is a gentle form of hands-on bodywork. It uses small, precise movements over muscle and connective tissue, with pauses between them, rather than deep or continuous pressure.
Is Bowen Therapy the same as massage?

How long is a session?
Approximately 60 minutes, including a short conversation at the start and time to ask questions at the end.
How much does a session cost?
Initial Bowen Session: $95. Follow-up Bowen Session: $85. Breathwork Session: $90.
